1. Free shipping offer

  • Australian Metro Areas: We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders delivered to Australian metro areas. Australian metro areas are defined as major city regions, including but not limited to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Canberra.
  • Orders Over $60 Across Australia: Enjoy free shipping for all orders exceeding $60, regardless of your location across Australia. This offer extends to both metro and non-metro areas.

2. Shipping costs

  • For orders under $60 delivered to non-metro areas in Australia, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be applied.
  • New Zealand Shipping – via DHL eCommerce and DHL Express
    Standard Shipping (4-10 Business Days, FREE for all NZ orders over $120 AUD)
  • International Shipping: For customers outside of Australia, shipping rates and options will be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that international shipping fees apply.

3. Order processing and delivery

Orders will be processed within 1- 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times do not include fulfilment.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Australian Metro Areas: Standard Parcels, 2-4 Days
    • Non-Metro Areas in Australia: Standard Parcels, 3-6 Days
    • International Orders: Standard Parcels, 10-15 Days
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Please note: each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser.
  • Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and courier delays.

Returns

1. Change of mind returns

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. Other returns

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Ellinol will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Ellinol may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

Ellinol reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

3. Problems with delivery or shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ellinol.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at support@ellinol.com.au to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

4. Changes to this Return Policy

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
